What You'll Be Doing:

As our Recruitment Agent, you'll be the wizard behind the curtain, orchestrating the perfect talent symphony. Your days will be filled with:

Sourcing Stars: 

Hunting down top-tier candidates through various channels, ensuring we have a diverse pool of talent. 

Skilful Screening: 

Conducting interviews that are more insightful than a detective novel, assessing candidates' skills, culture fit, and potential for greatness.

Paperwork Prowess: 

Navigating the bureaucratic jungle with ease, handling contracts, negotiations, and all the nitty-gritty details.

Client Connection:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and delivering talent that exceeds expectations.

Innovation Injection:

Bringing fresh ideas to the table to keep our recruitment strategies ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. 

Proven experience as a Recruitment Agent in South Africa. 

A network that puts LinkedIn to shame. 

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. 

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
