Having actively worked in healthcare before and through the covid 19 pandemic, we experienced great camaraderie, compassion, acceptance and togetherness that transcended all barriers. However, we also identified a critical deficiency in the execution and approach towards person-centred healthcare. So we founded
TERA HEALTHCARE to be the catalyst in DOING CARE RIGHT.
Both founders originating from a BAME group and comprehend the advantages of inclusion and dynamism. They further acknowledge the value that each individual can positively contribute to improving care and services. By building an inclusive and none discriminatory team with experience being the core metric, they have created a work environment that encourages continual learning and growth, the outcomes of which are excellent patient care, engagement, understanding and a knowledgeable team.
