Job Title: Domiciliary Care Worker 

Location: Norfolk & Suffolk Region


About the Role:

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide essential support to individuals requiring assistance with daily living, including those with complex care needs. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive personalised, dignified, and compassionate care in their own homes or within a residential setting.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred care tailored to individual needs.

• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication support.

• Support individuals with complex care requirements, such as mobility assistance, dementia care, or chronic conditions.

• Foster independence while ensuring safety and well-being.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Maintain accurate records and uphold high standards of care in compliance with regulatory requirements.


Requirements:

• A minimum of six months experience in domiciliary or complex care.

• A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

• A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential).

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
